This sounds weird but I sign up for store credit cards to help stay fashionable on a budget. They offer all kinds of rewards, discounts and coupons. I just make sure to always pay them off so they don’t build up interest.
I don’t splurge on things I want in the “now”, I wait for sales and shop at places like TJMAXX. I also use accessories to make my outfits look different.

I refashion some of my old items to make new ones. I also love to make a new accessory to update an old look. These are very inexpensive but work for our tight budget. Plus I get to use my creativity.
