I am finally coming to a close on my Sewing 101 Education Week series. I hoped it helped you learn something new. I am so glad it motivated some of you to start sewing again or to take that sewing machine out of the box. And please don’t mistaken me for a seamstress. Like I mentioned before, I am self taught and still learning the craft of sewing. One of the readers asked if I could do a post about the various types of presser foot. So that’s what I will do for tomorrow’s post. I really do love your feedback, questions and comments. I will do my best to answer and respond to them.
So, if you’ve been sewing for a while, I’m sure this is not the first time you have heard of Sew, Mama, Sew. As anyone who is interested in sewing at any level, this is a site you must bookmark. It is the one-stop site for anything sewing. They have a shop that sells amazing fabric. If you sign up for their email newsletters, they often offer discounts and deals that way.
Sew, Mama, Sew’s blog is full of tutorials from guests, fun giveaway weeks where anyone can participate to give something away and/or enter to giveaways, a collection of sewing tips and so much more.
And lastly, their forum is the place where you can ask questions and receive suggestions from other readers. Sew, Mama, Sew is more than a website, it’s a community for those who sew.
