Gorgeous dresses. That’s for sure. Shabby Apple’s new collection of dresses is called Oh La La and that’s an understatement. Not only are all of Shabby Apple’s dresses so lovely, but they have dresses to fit all body types. I love that because I’m not one who has a model, skinny everywhere body types. So it’s nice to be able to find a dress that fits and looks good on me.

And sure, Shabby Apple has dresses for all occasions. But they have also added a new Queensland collection of swimsuits. I like this one called Shell Beach. This is a site where I can spend hours shopping around looking at all the pretty clothes. Oh wait. I just did. And added a few dresses to my wishlist.

The Birthday Present

One winner will receive a black La Tour Eiffel dress, valued at $76.00. Oh la la, right? The bold, stripped jersey knit top tucks into a high-waisted A-line skirt creating a figure worthy of worldwide attention, while the 3/4 sleeves and boat neck infuse the look with a style that is classic and chic. It even has pockets.

My oldest dress in the closet is a simple black dress that is 11 years old. I spent a lot on it and can’t seem to part with it even though it no longer fits. I hope to one day be that small again but babies have changed these mama’s hips! So I guess I really should just let it go…sigh!
Oh my, the oldest dress I own is tucked away in my hope chest…it is the last dress my grandmother made me before she died in 1979. It’s probably 35 years old. No, I couldn’t wear it if I wanted to, but I can’t part with it either. It was made with love by a woman I loved dearly.
What a great site for dresses – I always love black dresses, and my favorite from the pics anyway is the V.P. Very classy!
The oldest dress I own is from when I was a junior in high school! It’s a classic little black dress from the Gap which I still like, and hopefully after a couple more months in the gym I’ll be able to wear it out for a date night with my hubby!
I really, really like the Sheep Meadow dress on their website!
The oldest dress that I have that was mine, is probably a dress my mom made for me when I was 8. But, my favorite old dresses that I have are probably my grandma’s old dresses that I used to play dress up with. I am saving them for my daughters to play with one day. There is a gorgeous old yellow formal that my Grandma probably wore when she was 20 something, which I love!
Funnily enough I was actually going through my dresses last night while deciding which ones to take with me for a wedding I’m going to this weekend. I think the oldest dress I own (other than the couple of ones my Mum has kept from when I was a baby) is from one of my formals in high school (probably around 2000/2001) – I will never wear it again but I love the colour so much that I just can’t get rid of it!
I love the dresses! all of them are fabulous!
My wedding dress is probably the oldest (8 years)… actually, I think I have one other dress that I LOVE, but it’s a little too long… I should fix that!
The oldest dress I own, is a little white dress I had worn as a baby. I still have it hanging up but in my daughter’s closet. The oldest dress actually hanging in my closet is at least 10 years old, really past due of donating it to the goodwill or something.
I really like the Penelope and Odysseus and the bugle boy
I love their Paris collection and there are so many dresses that I love, but I think my favourite is L’Artiste – the colours are spectacular!
My oldest dress is around 12 years old. Wore it to a wedding and never fit into it again.
The oldest dress I own, besides my wedding dress lol, is a black formal that dh and I took on a cruise in 2000. It doesn’t fit anymore, but I do like it
I’ve had two kids since then lol!

I loved so many of their dresses, but if I where to buy one today, it would have to be the Champs Elysees. That dress speaks to me!
My oldest dress is a navy blue short sleeve calf length dress that I wore to my son’s confirmation- 18 years ago!!
I love the Champs Elysees dress
Love Shabby Apple! I own lots of old dresses. I guess since I usually spend more on a dress than other pieces the frugal side of me has a hard time parting with them.
My oldest dress is a plain black one made of this slinky jersey material. It fits perfect so I’ve had it for about 7-8 years!

My favorite dress on Shabby Apple is the Madison Avenue dress. It looks all 1920′s!
Wow! Some pretty dresses at Shabby Apple! Right now, I love Marseilles. Thanks so much for the chance to win
The oldest dress I own in one I just barely can’t squeeze into yet after having my son. It was my getaway dress at my wedding!
Also, I’d have to say my favorite is the 5th Avenue dress
