Another busy weekend and it seems like it will be like this until next year. Friday night we had a Christmas party. Saturday night, another Christmas party. And Sunday we had a family thing. So yeah. It’s hard making time for date night. But Saturday night, after the Christmas party, we sat down, wrapped more gifts and talked. Business talk. Nathan is an entrepreneur at heart. And I had an idea that came to me while I was shopping earlier that day. And I thought I would bring it up to Nathan and see what he thought of it. Lesson #1: Not all couples talk have to be about the relationship or the kids.
We like to do that. Bounce ideas off each other. Nathan is the logical, crunch numbers, figure it out kind of guy. I’m the more creative, realistic and sympathetic type of gal. So we are able to present different point-of-views of each other. It works for us that we have difference strengths. This was a fun and simple date. We only have 2 more Fridays left then we’re done for the year. I can’t believe it’s has been 52 dates already. Lesson #2: Time flies when you are having fun.
Nathan said: With Christmas right around the corner I’m getting excited about taking some time off and enjoying the festive holidays. I also hope Tiffany comes up with some more business ideas. I’m ready for some new side projects in the new year!
